A medical device company is looking for a Finance Manager to monitor and manage the financial situation of the company and its internal operations including accounting, administration and operations guaranteeing that Financial Statements represents a true and fair view of the operations and activities of the business. This position will report to the Finance Director and will also be expected to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Support Finance Director during internal/external audit and to ensure proper internal control environment
Prepare performance review of team members and enhance their capabilities through mentoring
Communicate with headquarters regarding accounting and finance related issues
Daily operations of accounting and payment control
Record monthly accruals and provisions
Record monthly payroll journals
Review and monitor prepaid expenses （insurance, etc.）
Calculate employee extra payment and prepare overtime analysis for management
Monitor fixed assets recording and monthly depreciation
Prepare AR aging and recording bad－debt provisions
Prepare documents required for Corporate Tax Return, Consumption Tax Return etc. in coordination with external tax accountant
Requirements
Experience as accounting manager and working with SAP
Business level English
Team player with good interpersonal skills
