The Role
As an HRGA Specialist who belongs to the Human Resources & General Affairs Headquarters of the Company. You will be in charge of the following main tasks or sub-steps.
Primary Responsibilities
- DX promotion in business processes
- Establishment of facility policy and its management
- Vendor management
- Planning of office plan (location, layout) according to business strategy
- Purchasing management of office equipment, fixed / mobile phones, sales cars, various consumables, etc.
- Business travel management
- Operation and management of office services (drink service, postal / courier service, various information, other general affairs, etc.)
- Management of company-wide events (in-house social gatherings, etc.)
- Management of health and safety related to offices, promotion of 5S activities
- Vehicle safety operation management
- Fixed asset management
- Seal management
- Management of authority rules and approval documents
- Management of various contracts and external documents (legal check, cooperation with legal counsel)
- Business related to registration
- Creation and management of minutes of shareholders' meetings and board meetings
- Practice related to maintaining the construction industry
- Master management of internal system managed by general affairs
- Coordination on recruitment
- Onboarding support and coordination for new employees
- Operate in-house training, manage training records
- Update HR data in Success Factors
- Participation in global projects (introduction of various HR programs)
- Gap analysis when introducing global policy
- Revise drafting of employment rules and various regulations accompanying the introduction of new HR programs and global policies
- Various document creation (including translation), control
- HR master management of in-house system
- HR Director, BP support
Ideal Requirements
- At least 3 years work experience in HR or general affairs
- Language skills (English business level)
- PC skill (MS Office) Intermediate or higher
