- Setting up and update the internal policies
- Direct Recruiting and management of recruiting agents and partners.
- Act as HRBP to liaise with division heads to learn about what talents are needed for each division and keep the pipeline.
- Employees On-boarding processes
- Employees Off-boarding processes
- Liaise with the external professionals, such as outsourced vendors for payroll calculation, social insurance filing etc
- Maintain the various HR related system
- Employees databases
- Clock-in/Clock-out system
- Communication window to all employees for annual procedures such as evaluation, policies, year-end tax adjustment, health checks etc.
What is expected of you:
- Minimum 5 years+ HR experience as Manager or Generalist.
- Japanese language as native level, Business English to communicate with HQ cross functional teams.
- Approachable and can engage with all employees and business partners outside of company.
