The Role
The role is responsible for the day to day execution of HR tasks related to both non-Retail (such functions as Wholesale, Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Finance etc) & Retail.

- Internal transfers including global mobilities
- Outplacements / Exit process support
Annual cycle
- Performance management
- Compensation review
- Promotions
L&D: Training planning and implementations
Organizational development
- Employer branding
- Community engagement
- Employee survey
- Company event support
Health & safety / wellbeing programs
HR data management
- HRIS
- Reporting
Policy and work rule management
Ideal Skills & Experiences
- Business level Japanese and English
- 5 years or more functional experience
- Analytical Thinking
- Problem Solving
- Communication skills with different stakeholders
- Good understanding of HRIS is strong plus
- Experiences in Retail industry is plus
