My client is a globally well known European luxury fashion retail brand who is looking for HRBP to join their team in Tokyo.
You are responsible for acting as HR Business Partner to focus on organizational development, talent management, talent acquisition and employee relation. In parallel, you are required to work on various tasks/projects in HR team liaising with local/global HR members and with other departments in order to support business success as well as to provide added value service towards the stakeholders.
・Minimum 10 years of experience in HR including HRBP experience
・Experience of working for a solid (local/global company) company/organization
・Professional and positive approach
・Effective communicator at all levels
・Team player and able to work on own initiative
・Assertive, adaptable, and creative
・Project Management and Change Management Skills
・Fluent in English
