Our client is one of the leaders in the technical and system sales for automotive faster solutions. Because of their company expansion in Japan they are searching for two positions. One for KAM in the automotive industry. The other is for consumer electronics. We are looking for someone that can join in by January 2021 (or before if possible).
These positions will be stand alone positions requiring a great deal of travel to South-East Asia factory sites. Because of consistent contact with the U.S., this role also will require strong English skills.
We are looking for someone who can come on and hit aggressive KPIs, grow the business, and on a long-term basis with the company, lead the team.
Leads and Executed demand creation that results in incremental sales and new specifications for self-clinching fasteners within the Automotive Electronics segment in Japan.
Set up Key Account Plans for “Strategic Accounts” with actions, dates and responsibilities.
Sell Value added services including the promotion of equipment to support the sales products.
Prepare Weekly report of Territory and Industry reviews for Sales Meeting, and report to Japan Sales Manager.
Directly communicate with Global Business Manager in English
Experience and Personal Skill
B to B Sales Business (Sales to Tier 1 Automotive Manufacturer is preferred )
Proven track record of Successfully pitching for new business
Working with Management to align sales strategies and targets
Excellent Negotiation Skills
Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills. Ability to speak and correspond in English is required. (TOEIC Score over 700)
