Title : Oncology FP&A Lead
Reports to : Head of FP&A (interim: Head of Finance)
Manages : 1 staff
Act as a leader

Leads the Oncology FP&A function partnering with Commercial/Other teams to provide timely decision support analysis and assist in influencing business decisions
Partners closely with alliance management on governing and influencing alliance partnership related to near-term and strategic efforts

Enable the Oncology team’s objectives through understanding the Oncology market, business, and strategic imperatives
Serve as a business partner to the Oncology business unit, which includes being an active member on Oncology leadership meetings, collaborating/co-leading BU projects, and supporting Oncology strategy

Minimum of 10 years work experience in Finance with part/all of that experience in Financial Planning (required)

Experience with Oncology market (highly preferred)
Experience working in a Multi-National company (preferred)
Written and oral presentation skills - fluent in both Japan and English (required)
Qualification in the “Areas of Competence” listed above (Highly preferred)
Degree in accounting, economics or business related career (required)
Proven track record in financial planning and analysis (or equivalent) and in leadership positions (highly preferred)
Good command of accounting and understanding of internal controls (required)
MBA/CPA (or equivalent), internal/external audit, USGAAP/IFRS and SAP knowledge are a plus (required)
Strong power point and excel skills (highly preferred)
