An American footwear and accessories company is seeking a Technology and Partner Service Assistant!
The Partner Service Assistant is responsible for responding to customer inquiries.
The main business is to register orders from business partners in the SAP system, check the progress of product shipments, and respond to inventory inquiries. In a position that requires cooperation with the sales department, you will be involved in daily work in cooperation with other team members.
- Entering shipping data to SAP
- Responding to inquiries from business partners
- Responding to inquiries from domestic warehouses and stores
- Responding to product inventory inquiries
- Other business incidental to the above
- More than 2 years of operation and work experience in SCM field (work experience using SAP, welcome)
- Positive and positive attitude towards brand and work
- Team player who can collaborate with others (relationship building ability)
- Ability to handle accurate data (accuracy)
- Ability to comply with deadline (schedule management ability)
- MS Office Excel Intermediate or above
- High interest and willingness to participate in outdoor activities, social contributions, and environmental protection activities recommended by the company
