FocusCore is searching for a Staffing Executive for our Finance & Accounting team. This person will be responsible for working with both the best companies and top talent to provide temporary staffing solutions. This role will manage all aspects of temporary and temporary to full time hiring including: devising search strategies, drafting and placing advertisements, evaluating resumes, coordinating/managing telephone and in office interviews, and creating a strong tribal following within various social media platforms.
Staffing Executive reports to the Director and is responsible for the following:
Develop and grow the client base by marketing our professional services.
Market to clients via telephone as well as conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of marketing our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.
Negotiate bill rates for our finance and accounting talent.
Recruit top local financial talent, interview, and shortlist for engagements at our client companies.
Provide on-going and consistent contact with our financial talent on engagements while offering professional and value-added career development.
Manage, counsel and provide performance feedback.
Place well matched financial talent to engagements, maintain consistent and on-going contact with the talent and the client to ensure exceptional customer service.
Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Uncover additional opportunities through contact with talent on assignment and clients to grow our business and job opportunities for our candidates.
2+ years Accounting/Finance temporary recruitment experience, ideally in Japan
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred but not mandatory)
